Retail inspection

Zubale gives ecommerce services for retailers. I made and applied a form that gives us info about the operations that happen in the stores in order to have a better view of our operation. After obtaining the data I would analyze it to see where we have opportunities, how these have evolved and what actions I can implement to mitigate negative feedback.

Create the sales process

I started as a sales intern in Metabase Q and realized there was no sales process and metrics. I started to list and group our different services to make it easier for new sales people to offer the customer. Despite the sales area grew from only me to more than ten sales reps, they still use most of the processes I made in my first few months.

Obtain the Bcorp Certification.

Bcorp is a company that certifies Social Responsibility business models if you meet a minimum of 70 points in there assessment.

In three months I changed and documented processes that would help us achieve that goal, and obtained 72 points in our first assessment, a year and a half later we were in 102 points.
